At TechArtSkills Centre in Mississauga, our current College Board testing service is CLEP®, allowing eligible candidates to complete CLEP examinations in a professional testing environment.

TechArtSkills Centre currently supports College Board candidates through CLEP testing. Availability of other College Board programs such as SAT or AP should not be assumed from this page.

College Board offers a range of programs that support students from secondary school through college and career planning. The programs below are examples of College Board’s broader work.
SAT
A digital college admissions assessment used by students as part of the college application process.
Advanced Placement (AP)
College-level courses and examinations that give high school students opportunities to earn college credit or advanced placement.
CLEP
The College-Level Examination Program lets eligible candidates demonstrate college-level knowledge through standardized exams and potentially earn college credit.

CLEP at TechArtSkills Centre
CLEP — the College-Level Examination Program — allows students and adult learners to demonstrate college-level knowledge in specific subject areas through standardized examinations.
Depending on the policies of the college or university receiving the score, qualifying CLEP results may be accepted toward college credit.
Registration and scheduling are separate steps. First, register and pay for your CLEP exam through College Board and obtain your CLEP registration ticket. Then reserve your testing appointment with TechArtSkills Centre.
Before Your CLEP Exam
- Register and pay for your CLEP exam through the official College Board CLEP website.
- Print or save your CLEP registration ticket and bring it with you on exam day.
- Reserve your testing appointment separately with TechArtSkills Centre.
- Review the identification requirements and candidate rules provided by College Board.
- Arrive at the time stated in your TechArtSkills booking confirmation.
- Store personal belongings according to test-centre procedures and follow all staff instructions.
Important: College Board states that registering for a CLEP exam and scheduling with a test centre are separate steps.
