Exam Accommodations

TechArtSkills Centre supports eligible candidates who have formally approved testing accommodations from their exam provider, institution, regulator, or testing organization.

Approved accommodations may include additional time, a private or reduced-distraction room, scheduled breaks, accessibility arrangements, or other provider-authorized testing conditions.

Accommodations must be approved in advance by the exam provider. TechArtSkills Centre cannot independently approve or modify exam accommodations.

Examples of Approved Accommodations

Extra Testing Time

Additional exam time when formally authorized by the exam provider.

Private or Reduced-Distraction Room

A separate room may be available when specifically approved and scheduled in advance.

Scheduled Breaks

Provider-approved supervised or unsupervised breaks according to the exam rules.

Accessibility Arrangements

Eligible accommodations related to mobility, assistive needs, or other formally approved arrangements.

Assistive Equipment

Provider-approved equipment or technology where compatible with the exam platform and test-centre requirements.

Other Approved Conditions

Additional arrangements may be supported when they are formally documented and operationally feasible.

How to Arrange Exam Accommodations

1. Request Approval From Your Provider

Contact your exam provider, school, regulator, or testing organization and complete its accommodation approval process.

2. Receive Written Authorization

Make sure the approved accommodations are formally documented in your candidate record or appointment instructions.

3. Contact TechArtSkills Centre

Tell us your exam, provider, approved accommodations, and preferred test date so we can review the operational requirements.

4. Confirm the Appointment

We confirm room, workstation, staffing, timing, and other arrangements before your exam date.

Private Testing Room Accommodations

Some candidates may be approved for an individual or reduced-distraction testing room.

TechArtSkills Centre has a dedicated private testing room that may be available for eligible exams and approved accommodations, subject to provider authorization, technical compatibility, staffing, and room availability.

Private-room arrangements should always be confirmed before the exam date.

Important Accommodation Requirements

Provider Approval Is Required

TechArtSkills Centre cannot independently authorize additional time, breaks, private rooms, or other testing accommodations.

Tell Us in Advance
