Need an approved proctor or testing location for an exam from a school, college, university, virtual school, certification body, or other organization?
Submit a proctoring request to TechArtSkills Centre. Our team will review your request and, where required, contact your institution or test provider to obtain authorization, exam materials, access instructions, and proctoring requirements.
No payment is required at this stage.
How the Proctoring Request Process Works
1. Submit Your Request
Provide candidate information, exam details, provider contact information, and preferred dates.
2. We Review the Requirements
We review your request and contact the institution or test provider when authorization or instructions are required.
3. We Confirm Approval
Once the provider confirms that TechArtSkills can proctor the exam and supplies the required instructions, we confirm the service with you.
4. Schedule & Pay
After approval, we provide the confirmed appointment and payment/booking instructions.
Who Can Request Proctoring?
Our in-person proctoring service may be suitable for exams from institutions or organizations that permit an approved third-party testing centre or proctor.
Virtual & Online Schools
Supervised exams for eligible online or virtual-school courses.
Colleges & Universities
Proctored midterms, finals, placement tests, and other approved academic assessments.
Professional Organizations
Eligible certification, licensing, or professional assessments requiring supervised delivery.
Please note: Submitting a request does not guarantee that TechArtSkills Centre can proctor the exam. We must first confirm the institution’s or test provider’s requirements and approval.
Information We Need
To review your request efficiently, please provide as much of the following information as possible:
- Candidate full name, email, and phone number
- Name of school, college, university, virtual school, certification body, or test provider
- Course or exam name
- Course code, student number, or exam ID if applicable
- Institution or test-provider contact name and email address
- Expected exam duration
- Exam format: online, computer-based, paper-based, or other
- Preferred date and time options
- Any special equipment, room, supervision, or submission requirements
Protected exam materials, passwords, or confidential instructions should be sent directly by the institution or test provider to TechArtSkills Centre, not through the candidate.
